2. Event Participation

  • Performers and participants must provide accurate information during registration.
  • Organizers reserve the right to accept or decline entries and to modify event lineups.
  • All participants must adhere to event guidelines and maintain respectful conduct.

3. Intellectual Property

Creators retain copyright of their original works. By submitting content or performing at our events, you grant Qaafiya Bazm-e-Adab a non-exclusive licence to record, photograph, publish, and use event materials for promotion and archival purposes, with credit provided where practicable.

4. Tickets, Refunds & Payments

Ticket terms (if applicable) will be displayed at the time of sale. Unless otherwise stated, tickets are non-refundable except when Qaafiya cancels the event. Payments processed via third-party gateways are subject to those gateways’ terms.

5. Code of Conduct

Hate speech, harassment, discriminatory or abusive behaviour is strictly prohibited. The organizers reserve the right to remove or refuse admission to anyone violating this policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qaafiya Bazm-e-Adab and its organizers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or participation in events. We endeavour to provide accurate information but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free content.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Significant changes will be communicated via the website or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
